Where the Ocean Meets Healthcare

Salty Scrubs was born from two things that have shaped my life: healthcare and the ocean.

Growing up in rural Western Australia, I was lucky enough to spend my days surrounded by some of the most beautiful coastlines in the world. Endless beaches, turquoise water, salty air, rugged landscapes and sunsets that painted the sky every evening became more than just scenery, they became part of who I am. The coast has always been the place where I feel calm, grounded and most like myself.

When I became a Registered Nurse and Midwife, I quickly learnt how demanding life in healthcare can be. Long shifts, busy days and constant movement became the norm, yet I could never find scrubs that combined comfort, practicality and a design that actually reflected the things I loved.

So I decided to create them.

Salty Scrubs brings a little piece of the coast into every shift. Every print, every colour and every collection is inspired by the beaches, sunsets, marine life and natural beauty that I grew up with and continue to love today. My hope is that when you put on your scrubs, they remind you of the places that help you breathe a little deeper - the ocean, the sunshine and the feeling of escaping to the coast after a long day.
