5. Orders & Acceptance

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, we may be unable to make changes or cancellations.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Salty Scrubs is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information provided during checkout.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible; however, dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only.
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you should first contact the shipping carrier. We will assist where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for parcels confirmed as delivered.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order number.

Where a product is found to be faulty, we will provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
