How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, Standard Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, while Express Shipping usually arrives within 3–5 business days. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD. Orders below this amount are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Absolutely. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided your items are unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
