Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be available as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how you can manage, modify, or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive recurring deliveries according to the subscription duration and delivery frequency you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the selected subscription period. If you don’t wish to continue, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Pre Orders

When you place a pre-order, you’re purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available for purchase. Depending on the product, you may be charged nothing upfront, a partial deposit, or the full amount at checkout.

You can cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible to request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
